The views are to the south of the city centre and on to the Lake.
The powder room is ideally located at the end of the long gallery. The powder room enjoys a beautifully carved marble font which is used as a sink. Through the house a visitor will notice the custom crafted doors and framing made from rock elm wood by Mennonites and embellished by escutcheons and fittings imported from England. In fact most of the bathroom fittings were imported from England with a special attention paid to detail. Each piece was carefully selected.
At the end of the long gallery is a tall window which allows for an abundance of light and also allows for a piece of sculpture or floral arrangement.
The main staircase is open and is flooded with light. On the spacious second floor are four bedrooms - two have ensuites and two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. Each bedroom has a very distinct flavour and style. The blue room is noted for its upside down hockey rink with players ready to play. Part of the adjoining ensuite is taken from a train. The second bedroom has a gas fireplace and spacious ensuite as well and has lovely views overlooking the garden. The third bedroom has forever views to the south and a step up dressing area.
